Seniors quite often struggle to keep up with the pace of life which they were often accustomed to and is this is the natural part of the aging process. Things that may help to reduce this aging process may by be reducing stress, anxiety, diet and nutrition, increasing socialization, intellectual stimulation, physical activity and fun. These are all the things that Sage has to offer our participants.
