Management, staff and participants work together to make us a success. Each job has relevance and importance. During times of change and transition, each group is included in the decision making process as far as their abilities allow. Regular meetings with caregivers and participants are held. Information is exchanged with the permission of the participant. Employees and participants are treated as adults, capable of making choices and decisions regarding themselves and their work environment, whenever possible within the context of their well-being and safety and/or the safety and well-being of others. Both staff and participants tend to be here long-term. Many friendships and long-term relationships are forged. We believe in mutual respect, in a safe environment, where the health and well-being of all are maintained.
